TANGOAMADEUS – Vienna Tango Festival

My former partner, Dr. Marion Jantsch and I founded the association TangoAmadeus and organised the first International Festival of Argentine Tango in Vienna. Our goal was to create a high-level tango event integrating the soul and beauty of our city of Vienna. We spared neither effort, nor expense, and invited great maestros, the best DJs and orchestras, and reserved for our guests the most magnificent halls of Vienna.

We put our heart and soul into the project and together we had the chance to experience two consecutive years of unforgettable moments of happiness in our TANGOAMADEUS.

Already at the first event in May 2010 about 450 guests came from 20 countries, and we also had TV coverage. The festival was a favourite with the visitors and enjoyed a high degree of popularity in Europe. At the second one in May 2011, the Festival had established worldwide recognition, and we got 500 guests from approximately 25 countries.

Before I moved to Argentina, I gave the whole festival to my partner, Dr. Marion Jantsch.
